Tori Tori no Mi, Model Falcon (VIZ: Tweet-Tweet Fruit — Falcon-type) is a Zoan Devil Fruit eaten by Pell, Captain-tier of the Alabasta Royal Guard. It grants the standard Zoan three-form transformation — human, half-falcon-hybrid, and full-falcon — and lets Pell fly at raptor speeds with talons strong enough to lift an adult human.
Per Pell’s own on-page utterance, this is one of only five flying Devil Fruits known to exist (Ch. 169 p. 17) — the earliest on-page numerical-rarity bracket for the flying-DF tier in the series. The doctrine pre-loads every later flying-tier reveal (Marco the Phoenix, Shiki’s Fuwa-Fuwa, Laffitte’s wing-condition).
