Profile
A flock of con-artist ground-vultures native to the Sandora Desert. Modus operandi: play dead near a traveler’s rest-stop, get the traveler to ‘help them,’ then make off with the supplies. Animal-coded pirate-crew — Alabasta’s wildlife runs pirate-style cons. Vivi names them on-page Ch. 162 p. 8 and recognizes them as a known regional threat: ‘Those are the Evil Herons. They’re desert pirates that trick travelers and steal their supplies. I should have warned you about them.’ Successful theft of three days of Strawhat supplies (Ch. 162 pp. 7-10).
