Mid-tier East Blue crew operating out of an uncharted hideout island. Roughly a dozen pirates shown on-page, all male, all terrified of their captain. The jolly roger is a skull with a heart-and-crossbones motif — encoding Alvida’s vanity obsession. Crew bullies its only cabin boy (Koby) without restraint.

- Ch. 2 — Luffy washes ashore, defeats Alvida with Gum-Gum Pistol, frees Koby. Crew nominally still active but captain-less at chapter end.
- Ch. 54 — Cover-story Part 14: Pirate Alliance: Alvida appears in the cover-story for the first time, sharing wine with Buggy on a ship rigged with the crew’s heart-pattern sails. Cover Arc convergence (Ch. 72 page 1)
- Alvida and her followers appear as silhouettes-from-the-east on the Buggy’s-Crew-After-the-Battle Pt 25 cover splash — the first on-page indication of the Buggy Alvida Cover Alliance convergence.
Loguetown / East-Blue saga close (Ch. 100) — Alvida-as-Buggy’s-tactical-advisor operational; standalone Alvida Pirates dissolved
- Alvida has fully merged with the Buggy Pirates as an operational ally. The Alvida Pirates as a standalone crew is functionally dissolved; Alvida operates as Buggy’s tactical advisor / co-officer at Loguetown.
- Alvida’s combat-active role in the Chop-Chop Car chase (page 4) and at the rooftop sendoff with Buggy (page 20) confirms the standalone-crew dissolution. Forward-pattern: Alvida is structurally absorbed into the Buggy-led pursuit / Cross Guild lineage.
Loguetown (Ch. 99) — Operationally absorbed into Buggy Pirates under joint command
- Operationally absorbed into the Buggy Pirates under joint Buggy-Alvida command.
- The ‘Lady Alvida’ command-form persists (Buggy Pirates address her as Lady Alvida).

Loguetown — Alvida’s on-page return + Sube Sube no Mi reveal (Ch. 98)
- Ch. 98 — Alvida’s on-page return after 96 chapters (since Ch. 2). Alvida now physically transformed via the Sube Sube no Mi / Slip-Slip Fruit (page 11) — slim long-black-haired, heart-pattern cloak, cowboy hat, iron-mace as wardrobe-prop. Allied with Buggy in the Buggy-Alvida confederation (page 11): ‘We teamed up in order to find you!!’ Declares Luffy ‘going to be mine’ (page 7). Structural ancestor of the Cross Guild. On-scaffold at Loguetown’s Special Execution Scaffold (pages 5-13).
