Dressrosa — Eastern-Port backup (Ch. 798)

• Named/present as the Vice Admiral Tsuru offers as backup at the Eastern Port — “Do you still need that backup?” (p. 12).

Dressrosa (Ch. 751)

• Engages Sabo and has his sword — named here the “Shark-Cleaver” — broken “as easily as an egg” by Sabo’s Dragon Claw Fist (p. 4). Fujitora warns him off: “Stand down!! He’s too much for the likes of you!!” (p. 3).

Dressrosa (Ch. 750)

• Named as part of the Navy line that “should have” stopped the gladiators (“thousands of marines down there, plus Vice Admiral Bastille”) before Luffy’s group and Sabo broke through (pp. 15, 18).

Dressrosa — upbraids Maynard (Ch. 747)

• Receives Vice Admiral Maynard’s report that he infiltrated the Corrida Colosseum and “saw the whole thing unfold,” and chews him out — “Who told you to infiltrate the Coliseum, Maynard?! You’re out of order! Lucky to be alive, if you ask me!!” (p. 3).

Dressrosa — trapped offshore by the Birdcage (Ch. 745)

• As the Birdcage seals the sea around Dressrosa, a G-5 Marine ship is trapped offshore (“a fence of blades… stretches as far as we can see”) and Bastille cannot get a signal through to headquarters (pp. 14–15).

Dressrosa — outside the colosseum; “Lucy” identified (Ch. 729)

• His Marine unit recognizes “Lucy” as Straw Hat Luffy and the Pirate Hunter Zoro outside the Corrida Colosseum, but chooses not to arrest them on the spot — moving against the pirates would only tip off the colosseum’s assortment of villains (pp. 8–9). The crowd IDs him again (“Vice Admiral Bastille”) as Doflamingo descends on the colosseum (p. 15).
