A baby appearing — unexplained — in Makino’s bar during a Luffy-centric celebration is the kind of quiet background detail Oda is known to plant years ahead (cf. the original No. 19 “Windmill Village” installment @0614, where Makino likewise cradled an unexplained infant). Readers have flagged it as a possible parentage / next-generation seed.
