Vivi’s undercover tenure as Ms. Wednesday (Mr. 9’s partner) was canonized in Ch. 0114 as a Strawhat-tier reveal; Ch. 0180 surfaces the BW-internal operational consequence: the organization knows the prey knows their methods. The ambush is sized to that knowledge.
Payoff (Ch. 181)
The Ch. 180 Vivi-as-ex-Officer-Agent doctrine cashes into the Strawhats’ tactical superiority in the Alubarna chase (Ch. 181): the Strawhats know the BW Officer-Agent ambush composition (because Vivi knows BW methods) and deploy the Vivi-decoy-squadron specifically to counter the BW Mane-Mane Vivi-impersonation.
