He IDs Crocodile on the snail-o-phone (Ch. 0174-0175 Mr. Prince call routing), navigates the Rain Dinners floor as Mr. Prince without Crocodile penetrating the disguise (Ch. 0175-0176), and in Ch. 0188 reads the Bon-Clay-as-someone-else combat-vicinity dynamic with Officer-Agent-tier confidence.

The knowledge-source is off-page — Sanji never has a documented Crocodile-introduction beat — implying either: (1) Warlord-tier celebrities are common-knowledge to anyone who reads a newspaper in this universe (wanted-poster-circulation tell), or (2) the Baratie cook-bystander information-flow gave Sanji a deeper world-knowledge base than the rest of the crew.
