Why this matters
The misroute is also a comic-deflation: the boss has just discovered Sanji’s Ch. 0127 impersonation and is trying to verify, but the verification-call fails by wrong-number. The wrong-number connects back to Sanji’s Ch. 0126 Restaurant Le Crap on-call gag — Sanji’s restaurant-name throwaway answer in Ch. 0126 is now the Den-Den-Mushi’s actual answering-machine for the original wrong-line. Pre-loads forward-canon Den-Den-Mushi cross-line / wrong-number gags as a recurring comic device.
