Ch. 80 pages 1-5: Nojiko’s narration establishes that Nami has spent 8 years (since age 10) operationally inside Arlong’s crew as a cartographer-thief. The chapter installs the Nami-as-Arlong’s-cartographer configuration but does not yet detail what Arlong is using her maps for.
