This is the visual-silhouette counterpart to the thematic Twin Dragons Momonosuke’s Dragon Form Mirrors Kaido seed: that note records the parallel-arc / “two dragons” framing (Kaido’s verbalized “the world doesn’t need two dragons!!!”, pp. 16–17); this note records the page composition — Oda stages Momonosuke’s first full dragon reveal on the identical reveal-grammar he built for Kaido in 0921 (coiling Eastern dragon + upper-left boom-SFX + reaction-panel strip). The restaging is diegetic: the crowd’s “KAIDO?! …NO, LOOK CLOSER!!!” beat is the mirror being named in-panel. It belongs in the same family as Orochi’s Serpent-Form Reveal Restages Kaido’s Dragon-Form Reveal Cliffhanger — both reuse the 0921 Kaido-reveal architecture for a second Wano dragon/serpent, the variable swapped being the beast (Kaido’s azure dragon → Orochi’s eight-headed serpent → Momonosuke’s pink dragon). When a Wano dragon/beast gets a chapter-scale reveal, read the layout: the reused 0921 grammar is Oda flagging “measure this one against Kaido.”
