The seed
Luffy confronts a perfect double whose scars and accessories are all on the opposite sides — explicitly “like a reflection in a mirror.” A reversed-image duplicate appearing inside Big Mom ’s Seducing Woods seeds a mirror/reflection-based ability operating in her territory. (At the time, nothing about the source is confirmed on-page.)
The payoff
The mirror-duplicate is the work of Charlotte Brulee Mira Mira no Mi (Mirror-Mirror Fruit) — she conjures reversed mirror-clones and gates the Mirro-World Big Mom ’s territory. The reversed-scar tell @0831 was the first on-page hint of her power.
Why this matters
A pure prop-tell: Oda flags an unexplained mirror ability with a single visual inconsistency (left/right-flipped scars) chapters before introducing the fruit user who is responsible — rewarding the reader who notices the reversal.
