First on-page reveal Ch. 92 pages 12-13 — Luffy crashes into Arlong Park’s interior upper floor (WHAP! / SHEEN) and discovers the weapons-armory: a sword-rack holding multiple bound katana plus the Shark Saw — a massive detached saw-toothed sword-class weapon mirroring Arlong’s nose-anatomy. Luffy reacts: “WHOA!! WHAT’S THAT? IT’S A GIANT SAW!!!” Nami identifies it: “THAT’S HIS SHARK SAW!!” The chapter installs Arlong-Park-as-fish-man-weapons-armory as a setting reveal — the building’s interior houses Arlong’s collection beyond his anatomy-as-weapon arsenal. The armory is structurally a combat-tier upgrade infrastructure — Arlong can re-equip mid-arc with the saw-class weapon. Forward-pattern: arc-villains’ interior-architecture often hides combat-tier upgrades (cf. Krieg’s MH5 gas-cannonball storage in the galleon hold Ch. 67, Doflamingo’s birdcage at the palace Ch. 791+). Pre-loads Ch. 93+ Arlong arms with the saw-class arsenal.
