What it might mean
- The tropical-island setting inverts the chapter’s snow-castle interior — a deliberate cover-vs.-content contrast. The Straw Hats split across two climates: the chapter’s protagonists freeze inside Drum Castle while the cover-trio (Vivi/Karoo/Zoro, who are off-screen aboard the Going Merry this chapter) are imagined into a perfect day tropical setting they have not yet reached.
- The wrecked steampunk machinery is intriguing — possibly a Mr. 3-arc visual callback (his wax-house-of-gears apparatus), a Wapol-arc visual callback (his submersible warship’s paddlewheels), or simply decorative. Flag for cover-tracker confirmation.
- Vivi’s salute-pose and Karoo’s goggles read as a postcard-from-Alabasta tableau — possibly a vision of post-arc peacetime imagery once the Alabasta arc resolves.
