A Marine Rear Admiral of the 32nd Branch whose ship the Sun Pirates raid and sink in the Fisher Tiger flashback (Ch. 622 pp. 7–10). Reported at Marineford as having “had his ship sunk” by Fisher Tiger’s crew — one of the Marine targets the Sun Pirates hit to liberate slaves and seize supplies.
