Gaburu (ガブル, Gaburu; former VIZ “Gobble” / “Gabull”), styled Commander Gaburu (ガブル隊長, Gaburu Taichō), was a revolutionist commander who led a militia group — the — on an unnamed New World island. He was the grandson of Baburu. His close resemblance to Caribou drove much of the misunderstanding-fuelled comedy of the cover story Caribou’s Kehihihihi in the New World, where he was repeatedly framed as the “dead grandson” of a recurring old hag before being revealed alive and hailed as a hero of the revolt. He is a deceased, mentioned-only cover-story character.
