Name meaning: バギーズデリバリー (Bagīzu Deribarī) — transparent English 'Buggy's Delivery.' The joke lives in the on-page subtitle 海賊派遣組織 (Kaizoku Haken Soshiki, 'Pirate Dispatch Organization'; VIZ 'Pirate Temp Agency'): 派遣 (haken) is the precise Japanese term for temp-staffing / labour-dispatch agencies (人材派遣), so the gag is a deadpan parody of a corporate temp-staffing firm — one that dispatches pirate mercenaries for hire. 'Delivery' extends the courier/dispatch framing and pairs with Buggy's salaryman-CEO styling ('President Buggy').
