Profile
The Orbit is a civilian passenger galleon (three-mast, fully sail-rigged). First on-page in Ch. 56 (page 16, caption-card: PASSENGER SHIP ORBIT) as the ship a child Sanji was apprenticed on as cook’s apprentice nine years before the present-day Baratie events.
The Orbit’s galley was staffed by multiple adult cooks (three on-page, unnamed) plus child-Sanji. The galley-culture was seafaring-cooks-guild register — the senior cooks articulated the food-must-never-be-wasted doctrine and the All Blue dream aspiration on-page (page 16-17).
The Orbit was attacked by the Pirate Cooks (captained by “Red Shoes” Zeff) on-page in Ch. 56 (pages 17-18). The ship’s fate beyond this chapter is not yet on-page; predicted-wreck (per pattern-forecast: the Sanji/Zeff backstory requires a shipwreck event).

Why this matters
The Orbit is the inciting setting for the Sanji/Zeff bond. The pirate attack on the Orbit triggers the events (shipwreck → starvation-island → Zeff-mercy → Zeff-leg-loss → Baratie-opening) that determine Sanji’s pre-recruitment character. The Orbit is also the first on-page articulation of the seafaring-cooks-guild and its All-Blue dream — a world-building element with implications beyond Sanji’s character-MacGuffin status.
