A dark cave within Wano where Kaido imprisoned captured Wano swordsmen and, as a child, the chained Yamato (flashback, Ch. 1024). Kaido used it as a starvation cell disguised as a recruitment offer — dropping in weapons and food “enough for one” to make the prisoners kill each other while he secretly meant them all to die. The swordsmen led by So-and-So eventually broke it open (“They’ve broken open the sacred cave!!”). Exact location within Onigashima/Wano and the reason for the “sacred” designation are unrevealed.
