Sanji Dispels ZaZa By Defeating Its Creator Killingham
Status: pending · Technique: chekhov-explicit, parallel-arc-structure, sbs-leak
The seed
Amid the ZaZa flood, Sanji cannot bring himself to kick the woman-shaped God of Rain (“the monster is a woman. I can’t kick her…”), won’t join the giants’ rescue brawl, and moves instead against “the root of the problem ”.
The rule: “It’s a product of someone’s imagination!! It can’t die… but it WILL disappear if we beat the one who created it!!” (p.10). Next page: Killingham gloats “The light of hope is in a hopeless fight!!” and Sanji answers “That… depends on me. ”, kicking him skyward (“HURGH!!!”, p.11). (Source: official VIZ.)
Ch. 1195 — pages 11–17
(official VIZ; in-batch cross-append — counter-evidence so far, not a final refutation)
ZaZa is still hauling four children toward “the port where Sommers awaits”, ridden and commanded by an uncaptioned Knight (“Onward, God of Rain!!”, pp.11–12). Meanwhile the Rimoshifu-family Knight (Killingham , likely-ID) out-fights Sanji — “You lack the color of the Supreme King!!! ” (p.13) — and runs him through with Longinus (pp.14–15). The chapter reframes the obstacle as Sanji’s missing Supreme King Haki: see Sanji’s Crippling Weakness Locks His Supreme King Haki .
Volume 50 SBS — Sanji does not choose not to kick women; he can’t
Asked about Sanji’s “I was raised to never kick a woman” and the Sanji-vs-Kalifa fight (Ch. 403), Oda corrected the framing: “Sanji doesn’t have a ‘policy’ of not kicking women; the truth is that he actually CAN’T kick them.” He is “a very proud man” and “was really frustrated at that”. This is the canon behind @1187’s “the monster is a woman. I can’t kick her…”. Because the block is an incapacity and not a choice, going after the construct’s creator is Sanji’s only open route against woman-shaped ZaZa, and the reroute is forced on him rather than a matter of style. The SBS explains why he takes this route. It does not say whether the route works: ZaZa is still active and Killingham unbeaten @1195.

The payoff
(Pending — ZaZa is not shown dispelled.)
Why this matters
The chapter sets up the exact loophole for Sanji’s chivalry: defeating a female-form construct by beating its male creator. It recalls his habit of re-routing fights to honour that rule. Inference only; the outcome is unshown. Related: Killingham’s Fear-Manifestation Power , Gods and Divine Figures (the ZaZa entry — never a Characters/Zaza note), The Rain God ZaZa’s Identity .
