Why this matters
The Ketchup Star is the first non-lethal ~Star in Usopp’s named arsenal — its purpose is not damage, but deception. The Ch. 28-29 Usopp Brave Coward Thesis (aware-of-fear-fight-anyway) gains a tactical-equipment layer here: Usopp’s coward-side is now productionized into matériel. The character whose name is uso (嘘 = lie) has installed deception-as-projectile in his weapons-locker.
