What’s shown
Five characters bound mid-leap across a grassy plain (no snow — out-of-arc):
- Dr. Kureha (left, foreground) — frizzy-haired, hat thrown skyward, cackling, arms raised. Continuing-presence-with-the-crew composition.
- Sanji (center) — mid-leap, backpacked, arms reaching.
- Nami (right) — fully recovered, arms raised triumphant.
- Luffy (page 2) — running with strawhat in hand.
- Usopp (page 2 right) — shouldering a bazooka.
Composition / register
- Out-of-arc setting. Drum is a snow-island; the spread is on a grassy plain. Forward-looking composition — the crew after Drum, in an environment they have not yet reached.
- Nami recovered. Nami is depicted fully cured and energetic — has not yet happened in-story (she is still recovering at Drum Castle as of Ch. 146-147).
- Kureha foregrounded. Kureha (still a Drum-arc character at this point) is in the foreground; the composition pre-loads her as a continuing presence in the crew’s life — even if forward-canon she stays on Drum. The cover-art-grammar reads as what-if Kureha came with us alternate composition.
- A caballo — on horseback. In-chapter, Wapol rides Robson; the Drum arc concludes with Robson carrying the doctors out. The Spanish-language title-page logo register recurs in later cover sequences.
Possible foreshadowing reads
- Recovered-Nami pre-load — the chapter’s clearest cure-promised visual; pairs with the in-chapter Drum Castle turret-room recovery beats.
- A caballo as a Robson-out / horseback-leave-the-island motif — the Drum arc-resolution beat in figurative composition.
