A minor background figure, he debuted early in the Romance Dawn Arc; his name was later given in the One Piece Blue databook. Vivre Card #0039 records his East Blue origin and February 17th birthday. He is romanized as “Carelesso” in the WT100 popularity poll and rendered “Ukkari” in the Live-Action series.
