Tera is attested only via the family-tree diagram insert on SBS Volume 105 (Ch. 1062 p.132) — not Oda’s own written SBS prose. She is depicted as a silhouette with long hair worn in a ponytail and prominent eyelashes, the daughter of a bandit from the East Blue.
