His canon name and rank were never given in the manga; the name “Kibin” and the rank of Commodore were both assigned to him in the anime, where his name is listed in the Episode 475 closed captions. Fandom records a minimum bounty-equivalent figure of “at least ฿100,000,000” for him via the Marine-bounties reference. In the anime he is catalogued as a user of the Six Powers (Rokushiki) who fights with a staff.
