Isuka (イスカ), epithet “Nailing” (釘打ち, Kugi-uchi; rendered “Nailer” in the VIZ release), is a Marine Ensign and swordswoman. She first appears in the spin-off light novel One Piece novel A Vol. 1 (chapter 2), where — during the Spade Pirates’ period of activity — she confronts that crew. Fandom records a minimum bounty-equivalent figure of “at least ฿1,000,000” for her via the Marine-bounties reference. She has not appeared in the main manga serialization.
