The seed
The doctrine
Blade-weight (and bearer-skill) beat blade-count. Three weightier blades wielded by a skilled swordsman beat six lighter blades wielded by a multi-armed combatant. The axiom encodes both physical-mass and skill-density — three blades are not just heavier per-unit but also more intentionally-deployable by a single skilled mind/body than six blades distributed across six arms.
Forward-pattern
Every later Zoro fight where his three-sword count is structurally inferior to opponent-armament deploys this weight-over-count reasoning. The axiom is the East-Blue-tier prototype of the quality-over-quantity-via-weight combat-grammar that recurs across:
- Wano-arc rematches with Enma (heavier-blade-tier escalation)
- Encounters with multi-blade opponents
- The general skilled-three vs. unskilled-many combat-mathematics motif
