What’s shown

The centennial title spread is the first time Oda formally arranges all five East-Blue Straw Hats in a triumphant-king-pose composition.

Compositional details (per Ch. 100 pages 2-3):

Page 3 (left side of spread) — Giant ornate One logo overhanging a vignette of:
- Zoro — smirking, in his black bandana-less Wano-precursor outfit with green sash, arms folded, fur-collared coat
- Sanji — lean-in pose, grinning, in suit
- Behind them: weaponry (Zoro’s three swords), treasure chests, a crown, a bottle, an octopus, a Skellington Jolly-Roger banner overhead.
Page 2 (right side of spread) — Giant ornate Piece logo with THE LEGEND BEGINS subtitle below in block-print:
- Luffy front-and-center — huge open-mouth grin, both fists raised in king-pose, holding a giant turkey-leg/meat in his right hand
- Nami — eyes-closed laughter, jewels and treasure cascading around her with her hand to her mouth
- Usopp — frame-edge cut off, only his Jolly Roger / pirate-flag silhouette behind Luffy is visible, plus the Skellington-Jolly-Roger banner.

The Skellington Jolly Roger flies as the dominant flag-icon — canonizing the Straw Hat Pirates as a fully-flagged crew at the chapter-100 milestone.

The spread is structurally the thank-you-for-100-chapters reader-greeting AND the East-Blue-saga-is-complete arc-frame marker.

The treasure-and-jewels-and-meat iconography codes the spread as the spoils of the East-Blue arc.
The crew composition celebrates the completion of the East-Blue crew — Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji all on-page in their triumphant-king-of-East-Blue register.
The chapter itself delivers the literal saga-closing (Grand Line entry, page 22); the spread is the figurative saga-closing at the milestone.
