Profile
Uta (ウタ) is a world-famous diva (歌姫, Utahime) and the adopted daughter of the Four Emperor “Red-Haired” Shanks, having served as a musician in his Red Hair Pirates. She is the user of the Paramecia Uta Uta no Mi (Sing-Sing Fruit, “Song”), which lets her trap listeners inside a dream-world through her singing. Left behind on the island of Elegia as a child to pursue a singing career, she trained for ten years under the island’s former king Gordon before rapidly rising to worldwide fame. She is the main antagonist of the non-canon One Piece Film: Red — seeking to end the Great Pirate Era and confine everyone eternally in her “Uta World”, she summons the demonic Tot Musica before being stopped by an alliance led by Shanks and Luffy. Her sole canonical manga appearance is a flashback cameo in Ch. 1055.
