Billy “the Orca Killer” is the captain of the Yes Pirates, a swordsman who once carried Yamaoroshi — one of the fifty Skillful Grade swords — until it was taken by Tashigi. He debuted in the Loguetown Arc light novel, where he is arrested, and his name was later canonized in One Piece Magazine Vol. 6. He carried a former bounty of 3,000,000.
