The skepticism is the **on-page test of the doctrine**: the cooks read the doctrine as incoherent; Zeff (the doctrine's source) reads it as exactly right ('Good idea, Sanji'). Patty's misread is the *non-Sanji-character's natural failure to track the doctrine* — the rule's stability requires both axioms be held simultaneously, which Patty cannot do here. The doctrine's *unstable-from-the-outside* property is the seed of every later Sanji-misunderstood beat (Whole Cake especially).
