Why this matters

First on-page visualization of the Baroque-Works officer-summit. The move is the structural pivot from cell-compartmentalized organization (the Ch. 107 Mystery motto) to assembled strike-team for the Alabasta endgame. Pre-loads the entire Alabasta-saga interior: every officer the chart names will appear, fight, and (per the Crocodile-vs-Strawhats arc-structure) be defeated by a Strawhat.
