The Ch. 70 mystery-tribal-pattern shoulder tattoo on Nojiko is revealed to be a deliberate matching-tattoo to make Nami’s forced Arlong-mark not unique . Pages 7-9 flashback: doctor working on Nojiko’s arm (BA-BOOM BA-BOOM ); doctor’s voiceover “You’ll always have a scar. That’s how it is with tattoos.” (refers to Nami’s Arlong-mark — Nojiko got her tattoo because Nami’s mark would never go away). Outside, Nojiko: “It’s nothing. It’s just a decoration.
