The Limited Cover Series No. 22 anthology — “From the Decks of the World, the 500,000,000-Man Arc” — reaches its Final Volume, printed verbatim on the 0838 title page as “DECKS OF THE WORLD, 500-MILLION-MAN ARC, FINAL VOLUME: ‘A WEDDING AT A CERTAIN RUINED ISLAND’.” The art: a caped, long-haired man in a desert (cacti, doves, rose-patterned trousers) raises a hand to release the birds, flanked by two henchmen, beside a sword planted as a grave-marker with a tombstone-like triangle (△) emblem. It is the second half of the serial’s “certain ruined island” two-parter begun at Ch. 837 (Vol. 24, “A Certain Ruined Island — Red-Hair Pirates”).

The subtitle lands in the exact stretch of the manga where the main plot is assembling the Whole Cake Island wedding — Sanji’s arranged Vinsmoke–Charlotte political marriage (the Vinsmoke sons arrive in this very chapter, @0838). A cover serial that has spent its whole run as a peacetime “where-are-they-now” world tour suddenly signs off on a wedding-at-a-ruined-island image — roses + doves for the wedding, a planted sword for the grave: a wry authorial wink that a wedding, and ruin, is imminent in the main story.
