The seed

The Ch. 155 p. 17 roster: Mr. 2 — Bon Clay (No female partner — he doesn’t want one).

Why this matters

The Ch. 103 male/female Mr-Number / Miss-Day-of-Week pair-grammar is institutionally broken for Mr. 2. The doctrinal-tell pre-loads the Bon-Clay-as-cross-dressing / gender-fluid character reveal (forward-canon: Bon Clay is canonically gender-fluid, uses both pronouns, and his Officer-Agent partnership grammar does not fit the binary template by design — he is his own partner). The no female partner line is the on-page tell that Bon Clay’s identity is structurally different from the other Officer Agents’.
